I contacted Mark and explained the work which needed doing. He came the following day -- which happened to be a Bank Holiday-- assessed the situation, and gave me a very reasonable quote. He came the following morning and completed the work. No problems at all. I would heartily recommend Mark -- Coastal Plumbing and Heating. If I need a plumber in the future, I know who to go to !!
