    Leaking pipe from toilet water tank
    Fixed the issue I had with a leak on the water tank but left something wrong on the flush button and after confirming the he would come back to check it still waiting for him.

    Answer from tradesperson:

    Job that I completed was a leak on a pipe outside of the cistern,which the customer was happy with,apparently I caused an issue with the push button, exactly how I have no idea at all, all the best to you 👍🏻

    Quote for locating or fitting a stop tap
    Never turned up to do the actual job. Despite daily contact and the fact he told me he could start from 2 days after the quote. I believe I was quite accommodating even though I made it clear I would like the job complete by 20th Oct. Came to quote last week. I accepted. He advised that I should confirm the job on the site and that he would be able to give me a start date. I think this is rather unprofessional. If he didn’t want to or couldn’t do the job I would have preferred honesty rather than being delayed and inconvenienced.

    We gave the customer a pm call today this Friday this obviously wasn’t good enough for her, negative feedback for a job we haven’t done, thanks
