Charlie is the best tradesman I've had the pleasure to deal with. Our bathroom refit was a small job by most standards but from start to finish he made it feel like the most important job to him and his priority was to ensure we were 100% happy. & we were - we are delighted with the work he carried out! He is polite, conscientious, trustworthy and really hardworking. He managed the project from picking up the tiles & bathroom gear right through to finish, turned up when he said he would and completed the work on time. The quality of his work is exceptional and he gave really good advice through the process. Reasonable price as well. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone and I'll be using again as work comes up for sure.

Charlie and his team were excellent from start to finish. He came round promptly to give a quote and was very responsive to my questions and requests for advice. He assisted in all aspects of the design, picking products and facilitating ordering of things with his trade discounts. The complete refurb took just over two weeks, as expected. Every day Charlie kept me updated on progress and they kept all their tools and equipment tidy when they left each day. They kept the bathroom as usable as it could be during the process, which was much appreciated as I only have one bathroom! Charlie is a very friendly, capable and helpful tradesman and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and his team to anyone. I am really pleased with my new bathroom and I wish I had more bathrooms that needed doing! Thanks very much :)

In terms of getting our bathroom and a few other projects done, Charlie and his team delivered on time and with quality. So take it as an absolute given that they're excellent professionals of their trade in terms of the work itself. But what stood out, was Charlie's ability to manage the project from quote to finish, and to manage us. Constantly in communication, answering any queries no matter how small, and guiding us on what we needed to choose/order etc and by when. We trusted him in our home and he took care preparing the space and cleaning up afterwards. They're smartly dressed, turn up when they say they will, the project was to timescale, the price didn't change. Nothing was too much to ask, so we felt comfortable double checking detail back and forth. Totally polite and conscientious. Thank you Charlie, we are thrilled with our new bathroom and fence panels, and would definitely recommend you to others.

Charlie delivered on everything plus more. I set my expectations high and was quite particular in what I wanted, but not even I could have expected such a good job. He gutted out my old leaky bathroom and fitted out/installed a whole new bathroom creating, what is now, by far, the best room in the house. Customer service at its best - polite, punctual and phone calls and texts always answered (even late in the evening). I also received regular updates and he was flexible to my last minute changes. Have already invited him to quote on other work in the house. Thanks for everything!

Charlie and his crew did a very good job on the bathroom and most imp ortantly cleaned up after the job. Charlie has a pleasant manner and accomodated our needs. Charlie needs to manage his crew to continue to deliver good service. Would recommend Charlie for a bathroom refit.

Charlie and his team replaced and re-tiled my whole bathroom. The job was completed efficiently and to a very high standard. He helped me source products at a trade discount and gave suggestions and guidance as required. Excellent value for money and I'm delighted with my new bathroom.

Charlie and his team completed refurbishment for a bathroom and cloakroom in our house and they did a professional job. They were prompt, clean and punctual - and completed the job with minimal disruption to us. The job included completely refitting the bathroom and cloakroom - including tiling and painting. Would readily recommend Charlie and his team.

Charlie was one of a number of contractors that we asked to quote for a full refit of our bathroom and replacement of the boiler. Charlie was very clear in his quote and with his advice. He wasn't the cheapest but we felt would offer the best end-to-end service and overall value for money. Charlie and his team completed the replacement of the boiler quickly, and overcame minor logistical issues (eg placement of new gas pipe) sensibly and with thought to the impact on our house. The bathroom took a little longer but was finished to a high standard using the suite and fittings that we selected and Charlie ordered through his trade accounts. Overall we are very happy with the work Charlie and his team completed and would not hesitate to recommend Clear Plumbing and Building for similar jobs.

Charlie arrived promptly and got on with the job at hand with no fuss and completed it in good time, even with tidying and sweeping up. We were both very pleased with the work, so much so we are hoping to use Charlie again for our upcoming master bathroom rip out and refit.
