I done everything I could to help you out, I priced a boiler replacement, then got asked to change radiators I said I will need to come back out and measure them up, but that didn’t happen as you then said you wanted to supply all the materials. You couldn’t decide on a start date so I booked other jobs in, you then got back to me weeks later saying you really need it done on x dated so I asked my other customers if I could move there jobs around. I sent you an itemised list of all materials needed, plus picture messages and many conversations on the phone explaining what you needed. Anyway the job was booked in over 2 days, the first day no materials what so ever show up, so I strip the old boiler and radiators out in a few hours and the rest of my day is wasted, day 2 the radiators turn up without valves at 11am, these are hung and I am waiting around until 3:30 yes 3:30 for a boiler to arrive, still no valves and also the wrong flue, the wrong flue bend, and this is basically how the full job went. As for leaks, I said from the first day the pipes are in bad condition and needed replaced, you didn’t want to pay to replace them. After a few late evening visits the boiler and rads where all fitted, a few days later you start got a few leaks, so I return fix it all, then say about replacing pipes, a week passes and it happens again, but when I return the pipes are all bent by joiners replacing flooring and skirtings.
