Perfect service. Chris contacted me within 20 mins of logging the fault on mybuilder.com and was on-site within 90 mins. No charge for initial call-out. Extremely competitive quote for repairs and for future boiler replacement. Will definitely use this company again when the time comes for the replacement and highly recommend them. They also gave me a follow-up call a few days later to ensure all was well. Outstanding.

Asked Chris to fit our built in gas oven which I purchased online. He replied promptly, arranged a time and carried out the job to a very high standard and at a reasonable price.Professionalism , communication and quality of work were outstanding. The kitchen was left tidy and I was able to use the oven within an hour . He fully explained the controls and advised on safety and the guarantee . Chris came out to quote really quickly, looked at the job in detail and explained everything really well. He discussed options and gave advice when asked. He then provided a quote via email giving prices for a number of different boilers to suit our needs from a budget boiler to high-end boiler. Prices included everything, with no hidden costs. The price that was quoted was the price we paid at the end of the job. While Chris was in the house he was very professional and courteous. He put down dust sheets and tidied up after himself. He went above and beyond to finish the job on time, even though he was working on his own when he usually has someone helping him. When I had a small issue after the install, Chris was very helpful and explained in detail how to remedy the problem. Always quick to answer any questions, great communication throughout. Would definitely recommend.

Chris provided rough quotes on my initial enquiry. I asked him to come round to view the job. He arrived on time, driving a clean well liveried vehicle that displayed the nature of his work. On looking at the job Chris provided excellent advice with regard to makes and ratings of a range of boilers that would suit my requirements. There was no pressure from Chris to pick any particular boiler, just solid advice. Later that evening Chris e-mailed me quotations based on the boilers we had discussed + a couple of extra options to consider. In the end I chose a Baxi Platinum 33 boiler and asked Chris to carry out the work. He was able to start the job within a couple of days. The job took 2 days and throughout this time Chris`s attitude to his work and consideration for my property were excellent. A very nice and neat Boiler installation. I had one minor niggle 24 hours later and contacted Chris for advice. He came out to the house at a time that suited me and quickly resolved the issue. To sum up, I would recommend Chris without hesitation to anyone I knew and would also contact him for any further work that I required. Archie Linwood

Amazing service! Put in a request on Mybuilder to replace under sink water heater and Chris got right back to me with an estimated price. He visited and confirmed quoted price and fitted a new unit in same day. Excellent price. Would definitely use again.
