Managed to bring an old boiler back to life for a very reasonable cost. Costs clear from the start and job completed to my and tenants satisfaction. Provided us with options for all budgets and was attentive to what our needs. Even when we decided we wanted to change something after their install it wasn't a problem for him to come back and make the changes. He accommodated the dates I needed him to remove existing radiators and came back when I needed him to fit new ones. He has since been back to replace a further 2 radiators and is coming back to replace another in a couple of weeks time. Unfortunately while on my way to Mrs Steele boiler service's there had been long delays on the motorway that afternoon and I did arrive 30 minutes later than expected. I did call to make her aware of this delay and I was happy to rearrange the job for another time or day but she was happy for me to carry out the work as originally agreed even with the heavy traffic which I was apologetic for, all work was carred when I arrived as agreed.
