I don’t think I can say anything other than an absolute pleasure to deal with. From the first contact nothing was a problem. Turned up exactly when he said he would. Nothing was too much trouble. There was no sharp intake of breathe when he looked at the stairs. Would highly recommend with no hesitation.

Christopher arrived exactly on the agreed time and completed the repair/overhaul of the staircase in a very friendly but highly professional manner. The stairs barely creak at all, now. It was well worth hiring a staircase specialist and we would not hesitate to recommend him.

Chris is such a friendly guy, he really made me feel at ease while he was in my home. He did a fantastic job, I had no idea the stairs could be so quiet! I would definitely recommend him.

Couldn't have asked for better service - Chris turned up exactly when he said he would and did a fantastic job. I'd had a few companies tell me that I needed a full replacement staircase, but Chris managed to repair my existing stairs for a fraction of the cost, eliminating all the squeaks and movement with minimal disruption. Chris went beyond expectations and he's a top bloke to boot - highly recommended!

I would highly recommend this man . My staircase is fantastic now can walk up and down without the whole household hearing it. Chris has a lovely character with good humour and he was quick and efficient. Hopefully will get another 100 years out of my stairs. Definitely hire him again for other jobs.
