Chris is a master tradesman who fixed what were abominably squeaky stairs at our house. Chris was confident that he would eliminate 80% of the problem, he eliminated 100%. We cannot find a single creak or squeak anywhere.....astonishing outcome and one we are supremely grateful for. The wooden hill is no longer a fearful journey! Chris is courteous, friendly and trustworthy in our opinion. He arrived on time, worked super efficiently and was more than happy to interact with our children, showing patience whenever they needed to go up or down the stairs. He is very respectful and we would have absolutely no question in recommending him for any similar job.....indeed, we will definitely be calling him again when we move and need a new stair fix... Arrived bang on time and completed the job as agreed and what a transformation, stairs are nigh on silent, so a great result. Chris arrived on time and is very friendly and jovial & tuneful ! Chris did an excellent job replacing and strengthening several steps on my attic staircase. He was punctual and very tidy. I would definitely recommend him and will certainly use Chris if I need another job doing.

Perfect!!! Chris was a wonderful person and so tidy and polite. He has done a fantastic job with our stairs and they are now safe and quiet when carrying our small child upstairs. Our family have commented on how much sturdier the stairs feel since the repair has been done. I honestly think we would get Christopher to do the stairs in our next home too even if there isn’t an issue just to ensure they are safe. My sister also has a new build property and is going to do the same work to her stairs. Thank you so much for your help
