    Cut and cap of pipe

    I used Clive to cap me a gas pipe off to old fire he charged a reasonable price was very helpful during phone conversation and a lovely friendly guy when came to do the job will be using him for all future work A credit to my builder web site

    Remove and Refit Gas Hob

    Clive fitted a new hob, he came and checked the measurements before hand and worked out a way to fit it so it complied with regulations. Excellent service, really pleasant, helpful and reliable would definitely recommend.

    Replace shed damage

    Very pleased. Arrived promptly, courteous; inspected the shed, collected the necessary tools, and completely fixed what was wrong. Recommended.

    Gas safety certificate
    Lack of communication which led to job price increase. I paid but would not use again.

    Answer from tradesperson:

    The lack of communication was on Owens behalf he requested a CP12 for a boiler, I was requested to return and produce a CP12 for a gas fire. On both occasions the fee was clearly stated and agreed. I carried the work out in a timely fashion produced the legal paperwork Owen required within the timescale requested. I would not undertake work for Owen ever again this has been a very bad experience for me, I am still awaiting payment Owens terms are 14 days.

    Broken Fire Door Hinge & Stud Wall for Noise Insulation

    Internal Doors not remaining closed

    Problem fixed within 24 hours, tenant satisfied with work carried out. From my point of view it was a smooth transaction and worked well with me living 200 miles away from property. Would highly recommend and would certainly use services again in future.

    combi boiler

    required periodic gas testing on property I am purchasing , Clive was very quick in arranging a day and time in which to carry the task out , due to the nature of the house purchase ( vendors are still living at property and they work in the day ) Clive arranged an evening appointment with them . I know the property needs a couple of rads replacing , and the boiler will probably need replacing , so I will keep Clive's details to hand , for in the future .

    wooden balustrades

    Clive put new wooden spindles on my stairs for which he gave a very competitive price, he always came as promised and did a very good job. I am very pleased with my stairs and I have already asked him to do another job.
