1500 characters isn't enough to tell you just how great Charles is and has been for us! He visited promptly after speaking on the phone, we told him what we were looking for and he came up with ideas to make the best use of the space and get the best possible finish. We were very impressed and his quote was spot on and great value. As we were not living at home while the work was ongoing, Charles sent us photos of the progress of the works on a daily basis and kept in constart communication with us. The end result in the bathroom was just stunning and although we had an idea of how good it would look in our heads, seeing Charles' work in reality was incredible. The tiling on both the wall and floor is perfect. As we were so impressed with his work, we had other jobs that needed doing; extract fan pipe put up and boxed in, skirting boards and plywood in the bedroom and living room and new doors throughout, last minute tilling of our kitchen splash back and installing under cabinet lighting. Charles' quotes for those works was very reasonable and the quality of the finish was fantastic. We were badly let down by other tradesmen, Charles basically become our site manager, as we were "renovation newbies" he checked electrical safety, safety of plastering, even correcting work others had messed up. He also decorated entirely for us, he did a wonderful job, the overall result is unbelievably great. We cannot thank Charles enough for everything. Fantastic work by a fantastic man!

Charles arrived promptly on a Sunday morning as arranged. As my toilet cistern is concealed, Charles pre warned me, during our phone conversation,that some of the tiles may break in order for him to access the cistern. However, he managed to carefully lift off the tiles without causing damage to them. He completed the job in one hour. This included replacing the tiles and placing the sealant. I shortlisted Charles after reading the excellent feedback from previous clients and Charles definitely lived up to that feedback. He was courteous, professional and efficient. He was very neat and tidy and quietly completed the work to a very high standard. His pricing for the job was very reasonable. After having a couple of bad experiences with other professionals, it is such a relief to find someone like Charles. I would not hesitate to ask Charles to do other jobs for me again and I highly recommend him.
