Charles provided a full written quote and although I had to buy the new suite and accessories myself, he vetted everything and advised on what would work and what wouldn't. I went on holiday while he did the job and would have no hesitation in doing this again. I didn't quite manage to have everything delivered before I left but Charles was so helpful in collecting the tiles, toilet and sink for me. When the delivery company failed to deliver the rest of my order, Charles cancelled the order and placed a new order with next day delivery for me. As this was only kerbside delivery, he shifted everything upstairs himself and removed all rubbish at the end. He really did go above and beyond. My entire bathroom was gutted, a new stud wall built, new suite installed and the walls and floor tiled. The tiling in particular is of a very high standard. Charles has been more than happy to come back to make a few small adjustments and when the installers of my new washing machine couldn't do the job, Charles came round within a couple of hours to do the job for me.
