I am very happy with the kitchen tap replacement, Charles was very quick and professional, he was able to replace the tap that had a very awkward access - not easy at all, but that was not a problem for Charles! I would definitely recommend him - he is nice, knows what he is doing, is punctual and left the place tidy. I was so happy with his work, that have arranged for him to fix a shower in my flat as well. Thank you, Charles!

I was exceptionally happy with the work done by Charles. He arrived on time, provided a quote in a timely manner and explained exactly what was wrong in my kitchen and bathroom, as well as the steps he was going to take to fix it. All of these things contributed to a feeling of confidence about the process and an understanding of the costs, in advance of choosing to hire him. The work carried out was done to a very high standard and was done at a reasonable cost. Charles finished the work efficiently, with minimal mess and hassle and the finish on the work was excellent.

Charles was very quick to respond to the job posting. Eventhough it was more of a complicated and lengthy job than originally imagined (due to some problems with how my toilet had been fitted) and involved coming 2 days in a row, he did not charge more than the price quoted beforehand. Reasonably priced and good service. I would recommend him.

Although Chris could not solve the issue I had with my blocked toilet. He was punctual, polite and respectful. He attempted everything he could to resolve my issue. But Once he had established the problem being the macerator,he advised me to post the job out again as this wasn't his area of expertise.

Great work and returned multiple times to check if everything was working.

Quick, friendly, effective

We needed our bathroom extending, shower installing, bath replacement, and a whole new bathroom fitted into an existing bedroom and several other extra fittings round the house. Charles did an excellent job and was really friendly and charming as well. several times the job changed and he took it in his stride and got everything done to a really high standard. He also stepped in to help when some of the other works that he wasn't involved in were in trouble and saved us from a lot of additional hassle. thoroughly recommended!
