Charles recently completed the renovation of our two bathrooms, involving a reconfiguring of the adjoining walls. It was logistically tricky, as we have a young family and needed to always have the use of one of the bathrooms. His careful planning and flexibility made sure of this. Throughout the project he was always offering us solutions and alternatives and worked some long hours to make sure the 1st bathroom was complete for when we returned from a week's holiday. With such a big job, it's often difficult to plan down to the smallest detail, but when we expressed dissatisfaction with a small element of the finish, Charles was prepared to re-do it for us. The job took longer than expected but this was primarily down to problems with underfloor leaking and the time required to dry out, tile delivery issues etc. We are absolutely delighted with our bathrooms and the quality of the work, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Charles to anyone.
