Charles is an extremely nice guy. He completed the job in good time and was very tidy. I had to leave the house and felt completely comfortable with this. No worries. Very happy with the job done! Charles also very kindly came back a couple of times to fix some teething problems with the shower stuff that I bought. Would highly recommend Charles!
