He was very pleasant and worked hard to fix the tap and waste in a very small space (and very hot). I was very sorry that the sink wasn’t bolted by the previous plumber and I had only old sealant to give him to use. He must have been covered with the sealant as it was squirting from everywhere which I later discovered by using it myself, but he didn’t say anything... Poor man, he must have suffered in silence! I am very pleased to have found him on myBuilder and I would ask him again if I have any other jobs I will have in future. Charles did a great job: Great quality finish, communicated clearly providing daily updates and delivered on time and for a good price. I appreciated his friendly, professional manner and the way he worked around problems which gave me confidence that he would do a good job. My flat is in a 1930s building with non-standard historic pipes and when he uncovered protruding pipes he whatsapp'ed a photo to highlight the challenge, arranged for the building water to be turned off and managed to remove them so all the pipe work could be hidden below the flooring and in the walls.
