Very quick to come past and Happy with job

Charles was fantastic. He came to quote very quickly after us posting the job on MyBuilder and his price was extremely competitive compared to 6 other quotes. His communication was always clear throughout the job and he arrived on time each day and kept us thoroughly updated about progress at every stage. He is a really nice and trustworthy guy and we were happy to leave him the keys so that he could complete the job while we were at work. He was responsive to small changes that we requested as we went along, and returned promptly a couple of weeks later to do some small finishing touches (a couple of faulty items - manufacturers' fault - needing seeing to/replacing). The finish on the end job was beautiful and his tiling in particular was of the highest standard; we are so glad that we chose him and are really thrilled with our beautiful bathroom - we have gone on to give his details to friends who are also doing their bathroom. I have no hesitation in recommending Charles in the highest terms!

We are so pleased we hired Charles to take on our complete bathroom refit, he was professional, diligent and despite encountering several unexpected problems still managed to deliver on schedule. Charles tore out the existing bathroom suite, removed plasterboard dividers, installed a new suite, built a housing for the new shower plus lowering the ceiling and tiling the walls and floors to an excellent standard of finish. Our flat is Victorian with a variety of inherited problems that were only apparent when work started. Charles worked through all the issues calmly and carefully and still delivered on time. With the exception of the plasterwork he handled the entire project himself, to ensure quality and timing commitments were met. This was our first major overhaul and we were feeling nervous but we had Charles' sole focus the whole time and were very reassured by his thoughtful and diligent approach. We really appreciated his expertise, professional manner and consideration, minimising dust and mess in the rest of the flat. We are extremely happy with the results and would not hesitate to recommend Charles to anyone needing his expertise.
