Ceka construction have just completed a full refurb of our property and we are extremely delighted with the results. The works comprised of a full refurbishment (i.e. reconfiguration of internal walls, new ceilings, all new electrics and plumbing throughout, new downstairs cloakroom/toilet, new kitchen fitout, new bathroom, all new solid timber flooring, complete redecoration of walls (removal of existing covering and re-skimming of walls/painting), new patio area and building of concrete platform for a new shed). We enlarged the scope of the job along the way and Roland was extremely accommodating of our requests. He helped with the logistics (i.e. moving of furniture/boxes etc.) and protection of our stuff. Roland and his team have been extremely hard working and diligent throughout the job and have delivered a high spec finish. The attention to detail shown has been exemplary. Roland oversaw the project from start to finish and kept us fully informed at all times. Where there were issues which arose, he always offered solutions which helped to progress matters quickly. We are very impressed with the workmanship of all Roland's team (including Roland himself) and his sub-contractors. We would have no hesitation in using Ceka Construction again for any future works. Relatively simple job, but work looks very good, was done quickly and without fuss on the day we agreed. Area left in good order. Roland seems like a very nice guy, reliable and efficient, as did his workmate. Would definitely hire him again.

Roland is a a perfectionist .. He once said to me you tell me what you want .. and i deal with all the builders and workers so you dont have to have all the stress.. True to his word he did exactly that .. not once did we feel that the work was out of his control. Always kept us in the picture with what was happening. His team were hard working .. polite and worked clean . Always leaving the site clean and ready for the next days work.The job that roland did was a complete refurb of a 3 bedroom end terrace house .. re wired .. re plumbed .. new porch.. complete new bathroom.. and kitchen .. completely replastered.. painted .. new roof on the house and new toilet installed under the stairs.. the work was completely way ahead of time which was a bonus :)

Roland and his workers built a single level extension at the rear of our house to provide us with a utility room, extended kitchen and dining room as well as a decked patio and walls in the garden. The result was beautiful. The work was performed ahead of schedule and on budget; the quality of his work was to the highest standard. You might find good attributes in other builders but Roland’s real strength is that he is the most honest and caring builder you will meet. No problem is without solution, no job (whether within the original request or not) is too small or too large. The job is not finished when Roland leaves your home, he guarantees all his work and will return and check that you are happy with the job after he has completed it. He works around you and your family, important to us as we had a young child. I have recommended him to co-workers and friends and they have always been pleasantly surprised with his quotes, speed and can-do attitude, but, most of all, by his honesty. We will use Roland for all our work at home from now on. Woodside Park, N12.

Roland is a professional in everything he does. He is 100% reliable and is a perfectionist and will not leave any problem unsolved however long it may take. He is a qualified carpenter and has only professional people working with him – plumber, tiler, electrician. His charges are reasonable and for a final price of £300 I am more than happy to highly recommend him.

Roland and his team did a very nice and quick job. It took only one day instead of 2. They left everything clean and tidy.

I found Roland & his team to be punctual and hard working. The work was carried out promptly and finished within 3 days, including some extra work I had requested. I would certainly recommend him to my friends and will contact him again if I have any further work. Susan Lappas

We found Roland to be an excellent tradesman. Very honest, down to earth and approachable. Nothing is an issue for him, he's a good guy to work with. His standard of work is excellent. He was always clean, tidy, and conscientious. His prices were very competitive, I'm currently using him for another job and would be happy to recommend him to others.

Ceka Construction fitted new skirting boards and picture rail aswell as removing the current skirting board first. From start to finish the service was Excellent. They responded back to any question i had very promptly and the quality of work carried out was of an exceptionally high standard. Roland was very flexible with his time to get the job done with my timeframe requirements and the Carpenter Vini worked fast, of very high quality and cleaned up afterwards. I would highly recommend Ceka Construction to anyone as they were completely professional and reliable.

Roland rebuilt my porch. He arrived at the time arranged and completed the job in good time. There was a small problem with the phone line, but he returned promptly and fixed it.He was polite, friendly and professional and cleaned up after the work.
