    Slim garden walk storage units
    The units are in great condition and still function well. I receive positive comments on the units from others. They are a good storage solution for tight spaces and look very neat and tidy. Thank you

    Creaky floorboards in attic bedroom
    We asked Complete Carpentry to help us with a problem with our floorboards. They established the current boards were not adequate and installed new ones. Chris and the team were excellent; polite, efficient, tidy and the work they completed was fantastic. We would not hesitate to recommend them.

    Turn one bedroom into two
    Job completed on time and to budget, some errors made on the job, lights fitted in wrong place, doorways requiring re-doing as not square for door install. These were all remedied though without pushback. There was a miss on the estimate which has resulted in us having to pay separately for the completion of coving install and very high estimates for optional change request works (fitting laminate flooring) that resulted in us bringing in other companies to do that work. Team were very friendly, place was kept really tidy throughout the work and comms were good.

    Large boxing in of fuse box in kitchen
    They said they required 50% up front payment on advising of a start date, sent us a contract then an invoice, then a reminder but no start date. I rang them for the date, said they would come back that day with it and have heard nothing since. Glad we never paid the money in the circumstances.

    We do not believe to be accurate. I received the call mentioned whilst on the way to a funeral service on a Friday so I did not have access to the diary, the following monday I tried to call this potential customer back on was never able to get through and to note they also did not pick up or respond to our call to discuss this matter after review. No deposit payment was made and therefore they never secured any dates with us and subsequently they were not booked into our diary, this is our policy for scheduling that is clearly stated within our very simple three terms and condition’s and was explained. Any new potential customers reading this I would encourage you to read all of our 250+ positive reviews online :)

    Replace Soffits Fascias and Gutters - full house
    I have only positive things to say about Chris and Complete Carpentry & Maintenance Ltd. Im sure I will be using them again. No problem recommending them to friends. Excellent and fast communication throughout the project, on-time delivery and a great bunch of professional workers. They were the only company who quoted that allowed for or highlighted all the full required detail up front. Thank you Chris.

    Replace/remove brick archway and gate, rebuild wall
    I'm very pleased with the work conducted by Complete Carpentry & Maintenance Ltd. All builders were friendly and professional and the wall, brickwork on garage and new gate look great.excellenr communication and updates on work progress from the manager. I'd recommend this builder to everyone.

    Demolish part of wall and remove screen walling
    The wall has been finished and everything cleared away. The builders did a really good job and we are very happy with the finished results. They also sorted out our kitchen floor and that looks great now. The builders worked very hard,were polite and left everything neat and tidy. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again if we need any work done. I also wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.
