Excellent job. We were very impressed with the whole procedure, from Colin's visit to assess the job followed by a very reasonable estimate, and Duncan and his team's thorough and professional work, we couldn't have asked for more. They turned up on time, did the job in the quoted time and cleared up after themselves. We have already booked them to do another job for us.

Colin was excellent at managing a build we wanted done to a high standard. He has excellent contacts in the trade and the job was achieved exactly how we desired. Should we have more extensive renovations required, I would not hesitate to hire Cb Property Maintenance again.

Absolutely first class service! Guttering replaced all round, and realigned so that the rain doesn't gush over a dropped corner. Also pointing replaced on the front of the garage, and the door and window frame secured to the lintel which had not been done by the original builder! We were also delighted that all the rubbish and equipment was promptly cleared away following completion. Thank you! We can highly recommend them, and will be using them in future as and when the need arises.

CB Developments were great. Colin project managed a full house renovation for me supplying almost every trade including plumbers, roofers, carpenters, kitchen fitters etc. He problem solved unexpected issues that arose and offered support and advice throughout. I would recommend them and definitely use CB Developments again.

Colin and company rebuilt our garden wall which had sustained serious storm damage. They arrived on time, communication was great, clean and tidy work and couldn’t be happier with the new wall. Excellent job, great price and wouldn’t hesitate to use again. Thoroughly recommend.
