Really, really quick service- would be the perfect lock smith if you’re locked out! I had a lock to fix and a lock replacement- quick job and for a good price (about what I was expecting) COVID wise Shayne wore a mask and with the work involving outside doors the house was well ventilated- felt very safe

Shayne turned up when he said he would and replaced an old Yale Lock that had seen better days. He checked the door frame, as I was concerned that the old lock had damaged the frame. He packed the frame so that the new lock was secure which saved me purchasing a new door frame/door. I was in the middle of teaching lessons online, but, he worked around this and I now have a secure front door yale lock. He also removed the old chain. I did ask about British Standard locks as some insurers now ask for these but he said these cost a lot more. I need to look into insurance details to see if I need a secondary lock or not.

Quick turnaround. Did a great job and even offered to sand door down to help with door. When said I will sort myself left me some sandpaper! You won't go wrong with these guys.
