Outstanding service and attention to detail. The flooring design for our kitchen was quite complex but Chris and the fitters worked with us to translate our ideas into a fabulous floor. All queries were dealt with effectively and thoroughly.

Great job done by James and his partners at our property recently. An extremely professional and friendly contractor to work with. We wouldn't hesitate to hire him again.

Great service - James was quick to quote and Morris did a fantastic job laying the floor. The price was reasonable and all inclusive so I didn't need to worry about any hidden extras. Would definitely recommend.

First impressions on James was excellent. He arrived on the agreed date and bang on time for consultation and had samples to show. What was good was the fact that he was able to work and provide an estimate off floor plans. Both James and Chris was available to work immediately on my chosen date and after confirming measurements was able to offer the work for the same price as estimated. There was a problem early on where my choice of LVT was not available (out of their control). Luckily we was able to pick my alternate choice and James was able to accommodate for the same price. What was brilliant was even with this roadblock, James & Chris was able to fully finish the job on the original planned end date (knowing they had stayed until after 1am to finish the job). Left the place clean and tidy. What I found was considerate after visiting the place after the first night is they had to remove the doors in order to fit the carpets. They leaned the doors against a strip of carpet so to not damage the door or wall. Overall job was excellent and I was very happy with the Karndean choice and finish.

James fitted our living room carpet over the weekend with short notice we are very happy with the result and service received we will definitely use southend flooring again. Many Thanks

Did what was asked at a good price.

James and Morris were great. Extremely friendly and willing to go the extra mile. Morris came back on a Sunday to do some finishing touches which I requested which I’m very grateful for. Thanks and will definitely recommend to anyone wholeheartedly!
