James and his team have done a great job. He was keenly priced and I am thrilled with the quality of the carpet. James kept me informed at all times and has gone above and beyond. I would not hesitate to recommend him and already have to friends who have asked commented on my lovely carpet.

Did a nice job, more importantly I put my life in his hands, the Mrs was well chuffed! I would recommend Jim to anyone. The work was clean and concise. Also he has an easy going nature and struck me as thoroughly reliable. If the Mrs is happy I'm delirious.

James and Morris have just finished fitting a wood floor throughout my flat. They were great from start to finish - James helped me choose flooring which was right for me - without trying to push the expensive stuff. They worked over a weekend with no extra charge and no fuss, did full days to get the job done, and came back on the 3rd day to make sure all the beading and edges were finished off properly rather than rushing on a Sunday night. I'm a single girl living on my own and was burned recently with the contractor who did my bathroom - charging me more and more as the job went on. James gave me an 'all in' quote and stuck to it - which I really appreciated. I had no problem leaving them in the flat - they were respectful and tidied up after themselves. They are good guys and I'd recommend them to anyone. My floor looks great - and they really went the extra mile to get it finished nicely (despite every wall in my old flat being very wonky!!). Use these guys - you won't regret it.

Did a great job, at a reasonable price. Arrived promptly and was very friendly and helpful. Even came back a couple of days later to adjust door level. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent job completed from start to finish. James measured and provided advice on the different types of wooden flooring and liner. Job completed in two days to an extremely high standard, I was comfortable to leave James and Maurice in my flat alone whilst they undertook work and they left the place clean and tidy. The flooring has been fitted very professionally ensuring the finish looks neat and faultless. The finished job has surpassed my expectations due to the workmanship and care taken to maintain high standards for which i commend Maurice and James and have no hesitation in recommending them. I am extremely pleased with James' work. He did an outstanding job fitting laminates for my ground floor, after I changed my mind from karndean to laminates. Here's why you should hire him: 1. excellent communication and keeping customer informed - James never failed to answer my many texts and phone calls promptly. Once, he even replied on a Saturday midnight! You can expect an answer within minutes. 2. reliable - James is ALWAYS punctual, and so is his colleague, Morris. And he delivers on what he promises. He even managed to get the job done within a week of providing a quote. 3. competitive price - James offered the best quote. After factoring the cost of a top quality German made laminate, I did wonder if he was making any profit at all! It was also reassuring that I could find his material online with all the details provided. No hidden costs or dodgy material. 4. Proactive - James turned up a day earlier ahead of schedule to remove the existing carpets so that the fitting can be expedited. This means that there was more time than allocated for Morris to do a thorough job. 5. Attention to detail - Morris did a cracking job laying the laminates. The attention to detail was noticeable. The beading was precise especially round the corners and the wiring neatly hidden away. Finally, James' work ethic is second to none. I haven't come across a tradesman as dedicated to his work as James. To top it all, he is genuinely an all round nice and decent bloke.

We had a very small and short notice time-frame to have different types of flooring removed and a new laminate laid in our new house before we were moving in. James and his team came to our rescue and all the work was carried out exactly like we needed and done perfectly in time. They worked very hard to ensure a quality job and were very tidy with it. We will need some more work done in the future and won't hesitate to get them back. Highly recommended.

James was brilliant. Came at such short notice. Even helped us move furniture .Excellent job done. Very friendly and polite. Would recommend definitely ! Your a star James.

James was absolutely fantastic. Quick, efficient and flexible, he worked around our schedule, managed to fit two brilliant carpets in a short time, and at a great price. No fuss, and very clean and tidy too, not to mention a very pleasant person to deal with. I would highly recommend him and definitely use him again. Thank you James.
