I recently had my chimney cleaned and inspected by Cardiff chimney sweeps and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. We recently moved to the property and didn’t have any information regarding our log burner. From start to finish, they were punctual, professional, and incredibly thorough. They took the time to explain what they were doing, pointed out a few minor issues which they resolved, swept the chimney and left everything spotless when the job was done. They also took the time to show me how to use the log burner. It’s clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers’ safety. My log burner is now ready to use, and I have peace of mind knowing it’s been properly serviced. Martyn was prompt in quoting. I was a reasonable quote - and was what we paid. Martyn and Daniel were prompt in doing an excellent job, turning up when they said they would. Started off well turned up done the sweep great. Then I'd ordered wrong size glass for the screen so Martyn measured and reordered. Great so far but then when replacement arrived at my address for me to fit it was the wrong size. I'm having to find a glazier to cut it down even though wasn't my error and getting advised that highly likely to break when they cut it down some saying it can't be done. Feel the after service has been a big letdown and will think twice about using again.
