Christian arranged a suitable time to come, keeping me informed as to his eta. Christian did a cracking job, worked quickly and cleanly, you’d never know he been there, getting my machine up and running. Christian was polite and friendly. Carol asked me to fit a TV on wall in customers house. I told her id be able to do the job a day later and she was fine with that. I turned up at the job and Carol was not there and had got someone else to meet me. The job Carol explained in the advert was nothing of the sort when I turned up on site!! Spent 2 hours running around Screwfix Currys and Argos trying to find her the correct parts which was not in the deal. Then had to take down and rehand very large mirror and refit on the other wall adjacent then put shelfs up below the new TV spot. £70 on wall TV stand. £70 shelf on wall £100 materials. £30 for the 2 hours of running around trying to find materials.)
