Great, Came on same day as job posted for a quote, told me the problem and was able to fix it then and there. Delighted with the honesty, as i was prepared to replace whole thing but saved me time and money so thats always a bonus. Friendly and professional would highly recommend.

Christian arrived within hour as indicted, put in a new part and then went to Screw fix for another part required, which was above and beyond my expectations. Price was fair, left bathroom clean and tidy, would recommend without hesitation. 🚽🧻

A bit of confusion over the price because I assumed the quote he gave me over the phone was for the whole job but I found out when he arrived it was per tap. I think that was probably a fair price though because it turned out to be a more difficult job than I realised. Unfortunately I've had to deduct some stars because of Christian's working methods and the state my kitchen was left in. He was very loud and extremely messy while he was here, and he left dirty water all over my floors and cupboards. There was also a soaking wet, dirty towel abandoned on my kitchen island which I'm going to assume he took from our utility room to clean something up. The work he did seems fine but it was honestly quite stressful and disruptive having him here and frankly I think the way he works is just disrespectful.

Christian came early and completed the job really quickly - good quality work.
