    Kitchen seal
Immaculate work from BT Mastic Man. Bradley came to re-seal my Kitchen counter. On time, prepared, quick and efficient. Immaculate finish and would definitely hire again for any sealant or mastic related work.

    Shower Regrouting
Initially, I was content with Bradley and his work colleague for their diligent efforts. However, despite my repeated requests for the receipt for my book, I have yet to receive it. The regrouting and resealing work for two shower rooms were finished approximately four months ago. Unfortunately, the tenants informed me that there were water leaks once again, resulting in noticeable water marks. Another plumber inspected the work and highlighted that the regrouting was inadequately done, showing visible cracks and holes. Moreover, the space between both shower trays and shower doors was left unsealed. Learning this was disappointing, as it means incurring additional expenses and duration.

    Bathroom leak
as per his advice sealing will stop the issue of leaking. not really know what was the issue really! as he quote me without see the issue and I put my faith in him, after seal the bath tub, he left but now sadly my shower is not working!! Not sure what was he done!

    Answer from tradesperson:

Hello, We spoke to you over the phone about this a few days ago! We haven't touched any pipes to of harmed the shower. We sealed your shower tray as agreed. We are sorry for the inconvenience of what has occurred but that plays no part in what we had to do for the job that we carried out. Thank you, BT MASTIC MAN

Re- seal around leaking vent on roof
They put silicone to secure a loose tile on my roof to stop leaking rain water. The fix only lasted a few weeks before it started leaking again. When I asked them to come and improve/redo their seal they initially said they were busy that week, but ended up flatly refusing to do so. I wouldn’t hire them again for any kind of work.

    Answer from tradesperson:

Sir, we came and filled a vent on top if your roof that can provide evidence and photos for! You state the roof is still leaking, we recommend to you to get a roofer to come out and check the problem. I understand your frustration but you have to understand you need a roofer to fix a leak on a roof. This negative feedback has nothing to do with the workmanship carried out.. You located up onto the roof when we was there and we even video called you on the roof whilst the job was carried out to assure that the right vent was sealed, we sealed this for you over 6 weeks ago, hadn't had no leak ay the spot that we sealed. The leak is coming from somewhere else on the roof that doesn't require silicone and would require lead or a rood tile (we are mastic men not roofers). We will be intouch with mybuilder to get this review removed, with us holding all evidence to get this review removed!
