After initialling agreeing to redo the sealant, he didn’t turn up. I had to chase to reschedule but unfortunately he didn’t turn up again. From there, I chased multiple times but no reply. When asked to come back we agreed that he would come and complete, however the first time we arranged I waited and no show. The work is still not complete after many attempts to arrange a time. This needs to be completed to a high standard as it’s a brand new bathroom refurb. If the work is good there will be a lot more work coming your way.
