Brian arrived when he said he would and completed the job efficiently even supplying some extra parts that I hadn't realised we needed and he hadn't seen the job previously and didn't charge me anymore a very reasonable price for an excellent job thank you

Brian attended to assess the problem - I fully expected to receive a quote. He looked at the windows, identified the problem and rectified two windows while he was here. An absolutely brilliant solution, from a true professional - and a really nice guy. The difference is already noticeable!! Thank you.
