Daniel was very efficient and did an excellent job at very short notice. He also advised me of some issues with my heating system, and I will be asking him to resolve those.

Daniel provided an excellent service in carrying out three small jobs for us. He came when he said, on time and got on with the work efficiently and was great at comunicating what he was doing and any problems and progress. He located and fixed a small gas leak and investigated and cut back an old pipe stub with no problems. He also serviced our boiler efficiently and pointed out and photographed (for identification) two parts that were damaged/worn, recomending they be replaced next service. This impressed me, as he could easily have replaced them there and then and charged us. His charges were a bit less than I expxcted and I have no hesitation in recomending his services.

Daniel did a great job on the light and boiler service. He was friendly and professional, and very good communicating and setting up the time for the work, (which he carried out efficiently and neatly). Daniel very kindly also showed me some useful tips about the boiler & heating system to save me calling out an engineer in future. The light looks great too & very reasonable quote. I would not hesitate to use him again and recommend 100%!

An excellent job by Daniel. he answered my request within an hour and came round to my house just half an hour later - and it was a Bank Holiday! It took time to diagnose the problem (a faulty gas valve in my Vokera boiler), but Dan was able to return the following morning and fit the new part. To save me money, he sourced the cheapest replacement part - and showed me his receipt to prove it! Once installed, he carefully adjusted the flow rates as per the manual and carried out a full safety check. I was happy with Dan, not only due to his friendliness, obvious honesty and attention to detail, but also because he was fully qualified and gave me great confidence in the repair work he had undertaken. His charges were very reasonable and he kept me informed all along as to the costs to be incurred once the problem was identified. I would happily recommend him to anyone!
