More importantly I was impressed by how knowledgeable Daniel was in his field, he spotted immediately the issue by applying a scientific approach and proposed a smart fix to avoid replacing the system which would have been costly. Time keeping was perfect, said he'd be hear in 30 mins, and was, was polite, friendly, clean, knowledgable and competent. He came for a visit to agree a price before commencing work.
