Good communication, finished job to great standard, would use again. Was a few issues with the job but Callum came back and rectified quickly.

Callum made an effort to fit in the job around my complicated schedule and his other jobs. Unfortunately he had to cancel the first time at short notice but was able to come 3 days later. Callum attended while I was out at work; my lodger who was home said Callum was professional: he explained what he was going to do and then got in with it efficiently. He sorted the problem: my towel heater now works without leaking; and he charged a reasonable rate. 4 stars because of the last minute cancellation and the slight mess left in them bathroom; I would hire him again.

Hard working, but still learning his trade. I had various little issues arise from the job and now I've got the pipework leaking again below the bath where it was forced at an angle and broken another connector by my boiler.
