Declan had good ideas, gave a competitive quote and kept me informed of any delays. The work was carried out on time and to a very high standard. Declan and his colleague were pleasant and polite. Highly recommended.

As the reviews suggests Declan is a good tradesman. He cam and gave me a very good quote and started work on time and finished in 4 days. very very quick turn around. His work was professional and he kept us informed during all stages of work.

Declan turned up early and started work right away. He came to repair my badly sunken and uneven driveway. He was very thorough in his preparation and I am pleased with the end result. His price was very competitive and his workmanship first class.

Declan was quick to respond, considering it was during the festive holidays, and gave a very reasonable quote. I had read excellent reviews which had made up my mind to be honest. However, as tradition goes I stiĺl asked for other quotes but my mind was already made up. He was very clear in his quote and we had to call him again as we wanted a small wall made including pillars. Declan was kind enough to oblige with a 2nd visit. Work was completed in 3-4 days and front driveway where once we had a puddle of water LOOKS AMAZING. He and his team left the work area clean and tidy without being asked. Quality of work needless to say was very good. Cannot speak any highly of British Driveways and Patios except GOD BLESS. Many thanks.

Declan and Edward came to our house to put Indian Sandstone down in our back garden after we received a very reasonable quote and we knew from the moment we met Declan he knew what he was on about and I couldn't praise these two men enough! They put 110% in everyday that they was here and worked in different weather conditions with no complaining they just got stuck in. They also provided advice throughout the process and kept us informed. Not only are Declan and Edward extremely good workers and fantastic at what they do they are also two of the nicest men I have come across, they made a real effort with us and answered all of our many asked questions. Communication is brilliant. We're very glad we decided to go with British Drives and Patios and absolutely love our new paving! We will be asking if they can come back in a month or so to fit some artificial grass too. I can not praise these guys enough. My job involved a full rip out of the garden front and back, installation of a fence on the full perimeter, block pave drive, decking, patio and paths, shed base and a new lawn and borders. I was quoted some silly prices for this job until I invited Declan round to quote up. He gave me a brilliant quote within 10 mins of being here and said he could start work within a couple of weeks. Once the work had started I could not believe the work rate I was getting from these guys. The communication was good, always checking in with me to make sure things were going the way I wanted them to. Declan offered great advice throughout the job, and it was clear that attention to detail and a quality finish is important to these guys. They were also very courteous with my neighbors which made life so much easier for me. The turnaround on this job was brilliant and would have been even quicker if the weather was better. The conditions they worked in on some of the days were horrendous, but still they pushed on. The transformation from how the outside of my house was to how it is now is unreal. I could not have chose anybody better to do this job, I'm so pleased with the end result, and I would highly recommend British driveways and patios to anyone looking for a great team, quality finish, quick turnaround, good advice and a great price. We wanted someone experienced, reliable and, equally important, reasonably priced to transform the wasteland in front of our house into a driveway. After receiving ridiculously high quotes from a succession of smooth-talking men wearing chunky gold bracelets, we had given up hope. Then, by good fortune, we discovered Declan. He responded quickly to our enquiry, and turned up exactly at the arranged time to quote for the job. He came across as trustworthy, knowledgeable about his trade and highly experienced, drawing attention to things we hadn't even considered. He supplied a quote on his first visit and the price was amazing, and actually within our budget. We had no hesitation in confirming, and Declan kept in touch about a date to start the work. He then organised materials to arrive the day before, all very efficiently. He and Edward worked solidly and very quickly once they began - they completed our drive,including a raised bed, in just over a day. The quality of the job is fantastic - alongside Declan's expertise, it turns out that Edward is a master stone mason, with skills handed down from a long family tradition of stone working. Our driveway is testament to those skills, and has already drawn several admiring comments from very impressed neighbours! Declan and Edward were both an absolute pleasure to have around. My advice: don't waste time getting other quotes, just go for these guys if you want an amazingly high-quality job for a fantastic price.

Declan and Edward have done a great job converting my old tired garden to a fresh new safe play area for my children. Both men were pleasent and well mannered, they asked questions and gave good advice through the whole process making sure that we got what we wanted. The garden has been left tidy and all waste was removed. All done in just over a week.The price did not change either from the original quote!! I would happily recommend Declan to other people in the future. David.
