Dave gave excellent advice on my options for a high pressure hot water system. Very knowledgeable. After deciding on the best system the work was completed quickly on budget and he was a pleasure to do business with. 5 star service. Highly recommended.

Dave was very prompt with his reply to my call for help - he attended the same day and quoted for the job - the quote was for a fair price so I booked him in to replace my boiler - he arrived when he said he would and completed the job the same day - he left no mess at all - I am delighted with the service I received and would definitely recommend him to anyone! I am so pleased that I came across My Builder. As I am a single parent I was really worried who I could trust. Then Dave from Bristol Heating came along. Just from the initial phone call I felt that he was going to be genuine and not a rogue plumber. When he arrived which was the same day he placed plastic over shoes before entering my home, which I was amazed as I was sure he was going to leave dirtier as I am currently doing a lot of DIY. I was expecting to have to replace the shower which would have stretched my budget. After looking at the shower, Dave smiled, went to his van, came back with a shower hose and head. Within no time at all the shower was working perfectly. I would highly recommend Bristol Heating and My Builder to anyone.

Very pleased with the plumbing work performed by Bristol-Heating. Dave was extremely professional and provided a competitive quote along with some sound advice as to how we should proceed with the replacement of our current central heating system. It was no trouble when, just prior to commencing the job, I added a request to repair a broken joint to our outside tap. I was kept informed throughout the job and was given good instruction in regards to using and maintaining our new combi boiler. I have no reservations about recommending Bristol-Heating to friends and family and I certainly intend to have Dave back for future work in addition to an annual boiler service.

This man is a marvel. Dave came and looked at the job, giving it some time, and took pains to understand my unusual heating system. We discussed different aspects of it and his summing-up was that I did not need a service but to call, if I so chose, should I ever need work on it. He could have pulled the wool over my eyes and I would not have known what he was doing had he put on a charade of servicing it. In other words. he argued himself out of a job. What more could one ask - besides knowledge and skill which I have no doubt he possesses - than this open and honest engagement? His phone number is on my phone should I ever need help. I recommend him without reservation.
