    replacement hw cylinder

    We are very pleased with the service Dave provided. He was efficient and honest and got the job done quickly at a very competitive price. We would definitely use Dave again.

    Outside Soil pipe that need repairing as it is leaking

    This company is reliable, prompt and professional. Cannot fault the service!! Fixed a problem overflow from our toilet that we have had for years. Highly recommended.

    water pressure

    Very pleased with the job Dave has done, he was very thorough and informative on the process of the work. He arrived on time and his rates were very reasonable. Would definitely use him again.

    Move rad pipes & move one small rad
    Dave has done a brilliant job. He was professional, did the required jobs well & cleared up afterwards, all within a short time frame. He provided an initial, no obligation, quote & stuck to it. He worked within the times I was available & turned up on time. I would highly recommend Dave & will certainly use him in the future as we continue our renovations.

    Replace leaking soil pipe
    As this was an emergency repair (leaking soil pipe), and an awkward one at that (in the ceiling space), Dave was immediately on the ball and provided a detailed quote, and clearly explained and demonstrated what repair work needed doing. When turning up to provide the quote and to do the work, Dave was very prompt, even early on one occasion! He completed the work in one morning, on schedule despite finding another split pipe half-way through the job. His manner was friendly and engaging, and he was clearly confident in his work which greatly re-assured my elderly neighbour whose flat the work was taking place in. His rate was exceedingly reasonable, so much so that we are employing him for another plumbing job in the same flat. As the Secretary of the Management Company of this block of flats, I am going to keep his number for future use and will definitely be recommending his work to friends and family. Thanks Dave!

    Install central heating system/replumb 4 bed house

    His work is excellent but completely un-reliable and I eventually had to employ another plumber to finish the job. Some days he would turn up and then decide not to bother that day even though I had cleared off other contracers to allow him to work.

    Well well well you do suprise me! you seem to have a very short memory, I often arrived to find things not ready to do the work as planned. After the job was almost complete, we had arranged a date to install the last toilet and basin when you text to cancel due to you being in Devon. I have not heard from you until now. Very clever, £250 outstanding so you decide to complete the last few hours work yourself and then wait for the guarantee to arrive and leave poor feedback. I thought I helped as much as possible even worked 4 or 5 hours fixing your water main and I did not even charge. This is the thanks I get

    Full Installation - boiler + 8 rads - virgin fit.
    Dave was professional and friendly from beginning to end. He came and quoted at a time that suited me. His work was very professional and his aftercare service promises to be as good as the original fit. He started promptly, did the job and tidied up - what more can you want. He also didn't try and inflate the job once on-site....which can't be said for all tradesmen. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again - and surprisingly he quoted the better quality boiler PLUS had to travel 40 miles whereas the guy in the next street over didn't want to price match. Just shows that for the keen tradesman there is always work out there!

    Change Flue or replace boiler

    Attitude, work rate and work all first class. gave us quotes for a number of diiferent solutions, answered all questions quickly and positively, flagged up potential issues that hadn't even occurred to us, and didn't hesitate to tell us when those potential issues weren't a problem after all. I recommend Dave whole heartedly, and will certainly be contacting him again for any future work and annual services. And, just as importantly, I would never have found him without mybuilder.com. In summary, very pleased all round (and warm again)

    Unplumbing washing machine

    Quick response, quick turnaround, good communications, was on time (and even offered to be earlier but I was out!). Did the job at unbeatably competitive price - and another while he was there, plus facilitated other bits that needed doing thanks to contacts in other trades. Friendly, efficient and knowledgeable, happy to recommend.
