Melvin is an absolutely fantastic fellow. He was always on time and upfront and honest about what needed to be done and how long it would take. The work was completed on time, on budget and done to a high standard, and his workers were always very polite and friendly. I will most certainly be using him for any work I need done in the future.

Melvin renovated our bathroom and did a fantastic job. He went out of his way to make sure we were happy with the work as it progressed and when any problems arose (to do with our dodgy plumbing rather than being his fault!) he dealt with them quickly and effectively. His colleague Ian did the tiling and it's absolutely faultless - we're very pleased. We couldn't recommend Melvin more highly - his pricing is very competitive, he's got a very positive 'can do' attitude, and he and Ian are very skilled in their jobs. We'd definitely use him again. Highly recommend Brightstar (Melvyn). He and his colleague changed my two taps to one mixer tap which was a much more fiddly job then initally appeared. He was polite helpful, and I would certainly use him again

Very positive experience! Very professional and reliable. They were left in the house during the day - no problems at all. After the job was completed, snagging items were quickly resolved. Also no issues regarding agreed payment plan. Fantastic.

Melvin communicated throughout the work so I knew what was happening and was pleased with the results. There is a lot of attention to detail and Melvin has a very relaxed attitude and his workmen were tidy and courteous.
