Good service & great communication

I needed a pipe capping off. Unfortunately the job was not possible due to compliance and regulation issues that would not permit the job to proceed. Alfonzo was very honest and clear explaining the situation which was much appreciated. Communication good and I was updated on appointment times and dates. I would defintely contact Alfonzo again.

Alfonzo was excellent. With our boiler malfunctioning he attended promptly and took the time needed to accurately diagnose. With parts immediately ordered (and obtained a low-cost), our boiler was up and running in just a few days. Alfonzo is also a warm and kind person. He is our boiler guy from now on!

Really pleased with Alfonzo. He turned up on the date agreed and at the time he said he would. Really friendly and polite and extremely professional. 10/10 would recommend and will be using him again for future work!
