Phil did a great job for us earlier in the year - We had water coming down the chimney breast inside the house, and I could see it in the attic on the wall. Everyone said I needed new flashings AND the pointing redoing, but Phil was the only one to go on the roof and check before quoting. He said the flashings were fine, but the pointing needed doing and so he did. We've had a lot of rain since and there's no sign of water at all. Turned up when he said he did, and did the work whilst we were away but you wouldn't have known he was there. Thanks again!

Phil has done a great job. He came round to have a look and quote for the job when he said he would. His quote was very reasonable and he completed all the work I asked him to in a professional and experienced manner. He cleaned up the work area after he'd finished and was very pleasant to deal with. I'd definitely use him again.

We hired Phil to brick up our side kitchen door and window and repair the side wall to our kitchen. Looking for a good builder can be a difficult feat however I am really pleased to say Phil did a fantastic job - the brickwork matches beautifully. Phil was extremely reliable, gave excellent friendly communication and completed the job promptly to a extremely high standard. I would have no hesitation in recommending Phil to anyone and his contact details are now stored in my phone - I will definitely be in touch with him again so he can carry out future work for us.
