Brad was the only person who actually used his ladder and got on the pitched roof to my downstairs bathroom extension to have a thorough look to find the leak. He did not assume what was causing the leak. He found the problem quite quickly and said he can repair it there and then for a reasonable price. He did a great job. He also solved my neighbours squirrel problem, which was affecting my roof too, in the space of 5 mins! When his boys arrived they completed the job to a high standard over the course of 3 days and I'm very happy with the end result. Mind you, they were working smack bang in the middle of the July heatwave so kudos to them. Brad is a credit to MyBuilder by maintaining great standards and a long standing profile.
