I guess the works have been completed satisfactory as there is no leaking reported but communication has been really poor. Several deadlines were missed and bradly keep claiming having cold and...not sure how many times per month a person can get cold!!

I would recommend Bradley highly. My roof is in a state of some disrepair and I required a temporary solution quickly to make my home waterproof through the winter period until I had the means to fund a complete overhaul. The job - waterproofing two butterfly roofs in Dalston, E8 - was complicated to achieve but Bradley gave the matter considerable thought and was extremely helpful in providing advice over the short term and the long term. We agreed a reasonable price for the work that he stuck by despite increasing costs and he provided photographs and explanations for his methods. The work was achieved quickly and has proved to be successful as we have experienced a couple of days and nights of heavy rainfall since without any problem. I'm glad I turned to him, and will be looking to Bradley and his team to do the full roof repair in time.

Brad and his team were ultimate professionals from start to finish. Brad gave me sound advice on the route I should go for in getting my flat roof replaced with felt and kept his promises on timing and pricing. Also gave 10 year guarantee and statement of works on completion, would definitely use again. Cheers!

We had the tiles at the edge of the roof reset, along with fascia boards and guttering replaced on our house in Finchley by Youngs Roofing. All work has been carried out to a very high standard and comes with a 10 year guarantee which includes photographs. Bradley and his team are very thorough, professional and knowledgeable, they kept us well informed of what was involved in each stage of work, and how long it would take. I highly recommend Youngs Roofing.

My mum had a leaking flat roof in her kitchen extension. Bardley came to see the roof and suggested three layers of felt and provided a decent quote. He showed me the materials he would use and took time to answer all questions. We arranged a time for the work and his team were friendly and did a fine job. Bradley comes across as a no-nonsense, experienced roofer who will give sound advice and price options. His communication is also very good. Following this work another roof has now leaked and I have asked Bardley to do another job.
