Ben came to repoint both walls on my house due to a penetrating damp issue through the mortar. Can't speak highly enough of Ben - he was really knowledgable, communicative, punctual and cleaned up after himself everyday.

From start to finish the communication with Ben of BR Services has been outstanding. He came out to see the job, discussed in detail what needed doing and quoted very promptly, a very competitive quote which were we happy to accept. The standard of his work is excellent and Ben provided pictures to show us how the job was progressing. Ben was really proactive in his contact and scheduling of the job. Came exactly when they said they would, clear and concise. Knowledgeable with regards to the work. Spotted other little bits that needing re-pointing and wouldn’t take anymore for the work. Definitely not in the business to rip anybody off which is lovely to see nowadays. Cleaned up well. I'm very happy to recommend Ben to anyone looking for a friendly, informative and well experienced builder to carry out work for them. As a landlord living in the south of England I needed someone who would keep me ( and my long term tenants, who were impressed) informed about the necessary work and its progress. I needn't have worried! Ben was brilliant about explaining everything clearly and in detail, sending lots of photos of his work and completing it to a high standard very promptly as promised. He repointed sections of stonework, injected a failed section of dpc and sprayed two walls of the cottage with brathable water seal. He also checked and cleared gutters and downpipes and checked condition of roof and tiles, repositioning two or three tiles that had slipped. All of this at a very competitive price. So thank you Ben for all your hard work! Five stars from me.
