Ben responded last night and had completed my job by lunchtime today. He turned up exactly when he said he would. Those who have a long list of work to complete will appreciate just how rare and appreciated this is. And on the 23rd December (a Sunday!). Exceptionally polite, Ben listened to my requirements and completed the job to an excellent standard. Ben saw me struggle with an unrelated task and kindly took over, completing some electrical work for me in the middle of completing. Outstanding service all round. I’d highly recommend this tradesman.

This was the first time, i' ve worked with Ben to carry out on a dpc repair on my house Upon meeting him and me (being an Architect), questioning him about different procurement and solutions. Ben, knowledge with dpc was exceptional, his quote was very reasonable and most importantly he was very trust worthy when I left the keys with him. Ben, kept me informed all the way through as I work in Manchester and even sent photographs showing progress of works. After the work was completed, his team left the house in immaculate condition and upon my final inspection I was very impressed and would be more than happy to recommend Ben and his team to my Clients. Had some mould, was advised to put new extractor fan in bathroom, clean up the mould etc., Ben came over & fitted new extractor fan, honest, good value for money.

I would highly recommend Ben, he did a fantastic job. He attended to look at the job quickly and completed the work at short notice.
