Great diagnostic service

I recently had the pleasure of working with Zac and Josh from Boss Gas, and I couldn't be more impressed. They were incredibly professional, polite, and reasonably priced. The quality of their work was excellent, and they made sure to tidy up after themselves. They were extremely courteous and got straight to the problem without any hesitation, completing the work exactly as they said they would. They even came out at short notice, arrived on time, and communicated with me throughout the entire process. As a bonus, they provided valuable tips on efficiency and how to properly bleed radiators. I highly recommend Zac and Josh at Boss Gas—100% satisfied! Definitely will recommend to anyone. Excellent service and knowledge and got the work done as they said they would. Thank you!

Zac came round on the same day I posted the job, which was a huge help. He efficiently uninstalled and reinstalled my Inspire Smart Thermostat, bypassing the faulty underfloor heating system and connecting it directly to the boiler. He was professional and clearly experienced with Inspire Home Automation. I’d happily recommend him for similar work.

Avoid this con man, wants to charge £350 for a boiler service. Rude and disgraceful. Conning people who don't know prices.

Josh installed a new very heavy radiator onto an older system. Quite a complex job involving additional ordering of support feet and temperature valves, which I had not initially realised were needed. They advised me re this, and assisted in ordering relevant parts very quickly. In addition, they performed a safety check on a gas fire. Very pleasant, reassuring and knowledgeable service; I would certainly recommend this firm.

Zac and Josh did a great job installing new boiler. I learned that the 20-years old boiler in the apartment I am moving into is broken on a weekend before Christmas. It was super stressful to find the installers and do it on time to move in and Zac saved me with that. Zac consulted me on options I have for the boiler based on flat setup and old Patterson system. His quote was very fair. And they did the job in a day with a bit staying late on Friday and then returning on Saturday to finish the flue. I later hired them to replace 2 radiators as well and this was done well too Highly recommend their services!
