Thanks to Zack and his apprentice for removing my gas fireplace safely and efficiently. Excellent professionals, good communication kept updated before arrival, responded quickly to initial request, quoted and completed the job within a day for a fair price. I would say make sure you give customers all costs upfront. Was told 30% extra to dispose of fireplace only after the job was done - would have been better if told full cost for full scope of work up front (including removing debris and clean up). Still recommend them for any gas/boiler work.

Visit for troubleshooting of problem with boiler. Demonstrated clearly the issues with valve and expansion vessel and gave clear options in terms of repair, replacement, pros and cons and associated costs. Very helpful.
