Zac and his team has been amazing, easy to communicate and friendly. It was a very last minute request right before Christmas and they are willing to squeeze time and help to cap off the gas and have the whole fireplace removed for us. Truly appreciate the help.

Originally Boss said they would be here between 2/3pm, but as it got later, I doubted they would make it, from Essex to Kent after dark, via the Dartford Crossing. They came and they completed the job after 6pm. I was impressed that they kept their word when they could have used excuses because of the distance and lateness. And they were a pleasure to meet, both father and son. (Zach stuck to his price, apart from having to re-arrange the kitchen because of the boiler plumbing) I don't mind the extra because of their good spirit. I'll have them back if I need them.
