Really pleased with the overall work completed . Although a messy job to have done, left everything tidy each night. Came when said he would. Reasonably priced, extra work was required but I did not feel overcharged or "ripped off". Would recommend to anyone.

Sent Steve a couple of photos by email about the condensation problem, he advised fitting a PIV unit. Gave us a couple of prices, we went with the one we wanted. He ordered it and a couple of days later came round and fitted it. Hardly knew he was there until he finished the job. And a very good job he did. Very impressed.

Steve completed this job within a week of me posting the add. I am very happy with the end result and have recommend Steve for other jobs. The job was completed to a high standard and was priced at a very reasonable price.

Steve responded promptly to my job posting and came round, evaluated the problem, explained why it was occurring and offered me a solution and advise. He then left us to decide about it. ( No Pressure sales) once we decided to go the route advised he came and installed the PIV unit. neat job. Would recommend him for any damp problems.
