Engin kept us updated on his expected arrival time and turned up when he said he would. From our initial description of the problem he was confident he knew the cause and this turned out to be correct. Very efficient repair service at a reasonable cost.

Arrived promptly at the promised time and quickly got our heating working. Problem was with a fan. After getting the boiler up and running by freeing the fan, returned the next day with a new fan assembly and replaced the old one in no time.

Great customer service provided! Engin arrived with a selection of different programmers and clearly explained the benefits of each one which was amazing as I don't know much about them. We opted to go with a wireless programmable thermostat because we could change the location of the existing one which we didn’t know we could do so effortlessly. 100% satisfied with work undertaken. Highly recommend!
