Bob was punctual, friendly and offered advice. He told me ALL the things I needed for him to do the job, he even rang to check they had what we needed in stock! I LOVE my kitchen tiles, they look amazing. He even managed to befriend my nutty sausage dog (owners will understand) Thanks Bob!
