I accepted Bob Hamilton's quote for two reasons: (a) he rang me shortly after my initial advert and helped me sort out materials etc, and confirmed a date he could do the aork; (b) both "My Builder" and Bob’s facebook pages contain any number of good reviews and examples of his workmanship. Well, in the event is was a spot-on choice, as per the reviews. Mr Hamilton turned-up exactly on time, went straight into action, worked hard and fast, was finished by 1.00pm, and charged exactly what he quoted. Finally, and most importantly, he did an absolutely super job, tidy, clean, and neatly finished. In case I might need tiling done again, I have saved Mr Hamilton's number on my telephone. Job well done. Thank you Bob.

Great professional job, we love our new balcony! Pity winter is coming! Bob turned up exactly when he said he would and cost was very reasonable. Bob is a genuine and personable guy. He responded, assessed and quoted for the job quickly. He charged reasionably, stayed in contact and arrived on time. 8am on a Sunday but got on with the job whilst we had a lazy morning. He was honest about the issues uncovered on the day, gave skilled advice and solved the problem completing the job in good time taking no breaks. Bob knows his skill base/trade well and doesn't step outside this by try to find offer work other than tiling on our old partially renovated property. He gave good advice on helping us how to fix other tiling bodge jobs previously done by cow boy builders. The finished result looks brilliant and we will undoubtably employ bob to do further work when we can afford to complete the next bathroom project. Bob has ample examples of his work to shiow how skilled he is at tiling. Thank you Bob, you are now in our list of trusted skills men.
