Bob was here on time and to plan. He set up quickly and provided me with a helpful report of the situation with the existing tiling in my parents shower unit. His craftsmanship and attention to detail is first class as is his willingness to explain what he is doing and why he is doing it. He came at short notice to solve a problem and did a fantastic job.
