Got in touch with Bob as carpet retailers had fairly long lead time on their fitters. Bob was really great. Came around and remeasured. Turned out the retailer had added a lot of unnecessary area to carpet dimensions required for fitting. Bob saved us money and fitted a week before retailer. Really excellent

Bob came round and gave me a reasonable quote. He was quick and efficient as my carpets did not have a “set” arrival date. He squeezed me in his schedule and completed the work as agreed. Would recommend he is a master of his craft, he made carpet laying look so easy and effortless.

Bob made an appointment turned up on time and listened to what I wanted gave me choices and a price for the job which was very reasonable Today he turned up exactly when he said he would. He fitted my carpet and vinyl and I'm really happy with the results. Bob is professional throughout. Bob even put up with my naughty dog giving him "cuddles".... Let's just say he liked him a lot!!! I will definitely use Bob again and recommend him to my friends. Thank you for your help today.

Bob was fantastic from start to finish , reasonable price to fit the whole flat ,great communication throughout, we bought the carpet/vinyl from tapi carpets, what a disaster that was , wish we knew before that bob supplied carpet too but it’s done now and whole flat looks great Highly recommended Nothing was to much trouble Will definitely recommend to friends Thanks for a great job done Bob
